Why EaishMan Exists
We were built by operators — not theorists. After three decades inside Ranbaxy, navigating API, finished dosage forms, global business development and M&A, we found that pharma companies and investors were underserved by generic consulting. They needed advisors who had sat on both sides of the table.
EaishMan was incorporated in May 2016 to fill that gap. We provide advisory, deals, and execution to pharma companies, animal health businesses, investors, and the management consultants who serve them — covering the full generic pharma value chain.

~30 years at Ranbaxy — 19 years in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and 9 years in Finished Dosage Forms (FDF). 11 years in back-end functions (R&D & Manufacturing) and 16 years in front-end functions (Business, Sourcing, Licensing, Alliancing).

12+ years with MNCs — Zydus, Ranbaxy, and Sun Pharma — across Strategy, BD, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, and Costing. Worked in the office of the CEO of Ranbaxy, gaining end-to-end perspective on global generic pharma operations.
